To create email accounts on the cPanel platform, access the cPanel platform and enter your login credentials.

In the main dashboard, locate the Email section and select Email Accounts.

Within Email Accounts, click Create to begin setting up a new account.

Fill in the required fields:

  • Domain: Choose the domain where you want to create the email account.
Note: This option is only available if you have more than one domain or subdomain associated with your account.

  • Username: Enter the desired name for the email account.

  • Security: It is recommended to use the Generate option to create a strong password, although you can also set a custom password.

  • Storage Space: Set the mailbox quota for the account or select Unlimited.
Note: The space allocated to email accounts counts toward the total server storage. Selecting Unlimited means there is no per-account limit.

  • Automatically Create Folders for Plus Addressing: It is recommended to select Do Not Automatically Create Folders, although enabling it can be useful in some cases.
Benefit: This option automatically organizes emails sent to addresses using “plus addressing.” For example, if emails are sent to youremail+quotes@domain.tld, the quotes folder will be automatically created (if it doesn’t already exist), and the email will be directed there.

Click Create to finalize. Your email account will be immediately available.

From the Email Accounts dashboard, you can:

  • Check Email: Access your account via Webmail.

  • Manage: Update settings or initial configurations.

  • Connect Devices: Configure the account on different devices.

If you want to manually configure SSL in your email client, use the server-provided settings.
