Plesk provides a management panel specifically designed for resellers, system administrators, web developers, designers, or other users who want to start and manage their hosting service.
This guide explains the steps to create Hosting Plans for your reseller account.
I. Creating Your Service Plan
The Service Plan defines the set of features and resources available to each client or domain. Essentially, a Service Plan is a package or plan that will be offered to your clients.
To create a Service Plan:
Access your Plesk reseller account (Linux or Windows) and log in using the credentials provided by PTisp.
In the side menu, click Service Plans and then + Add a Plan.
The Creating Hosting Plan tab will open automatically under the Resources section. Enter the desired name for the plan you are creating. Next, define all the plan features and, when finished, click OK.
II. Creating Hosting for Your Client
To create a client hosting account, you need to set up a Customer and a Subscription, linking the client’s details to the desired plan/subscription.
In the side menu, click Customers and then + Add a Customer.
The Adding New Customer tab will open automatically.
Fill in all the client information. In Service Plan, select the plan you created earlier. To create the client subscription, complete the information requested in Subscription and, finally, click OK.
III. Creating Multiple Subscriptions for the Same Client
If you want to create multiple subscriptions for the same client, follow these steps:
In the side menu, click Customers, select the desired client, and click on it.
In the Adding a Subscription tab, fill in the details for the new subscription (new Plesk account).
When finished, click OK.
This process allows you to efficiently manage clients and hosting plans, ensuring that each client receives the resources and features that meet their needs.
