All Linux shared hosting plans include a redundant email filtering platform at no additional cost. This platform consists of a cluster of five servers responsible for receiving, filtering, and delivering messages to the destination server. Along with the filtering service, and in the event of an email service failure, messages are temporarily stored and delivered later, acting as an MX Backup

This solution represents a significant qualitative improvement compared to traditional anti spam mechanisms such as SpamAssassin with spam box or BoxTrapper, differentiating the service offering and ensuring a cleaner, more stable, and more reliable email service

To access the email filtering platform you should first log in to the Control Panel and authenticate using your credentials. Then you can access the Professional Spam Filter option and choose the domain you wish to manage by clicking Login. Alternatively after entering the Control Panel you may click on Professional Spam Filter and then select the option Manage in Spam Filter Panel

After logging in you will have access to the platform dashboard where several important features are available

The Sender Allow list option allows you to define senders that will always be accepted and delivered directly to the domain mailboxes without any analysis by the spam filter. You can view existing entries in this list and add new email addresses or entire domains ensuring that legitimate messages are not blocked

The Allow list Recipient feature allows you to specify specific email accounts within the domain that should receive all messages sent to them without any filtering. This option is recommended only for special accounts such as postmaster or abuse that need to receive all emails

With the Sender Block list it is possible to block specific senders entire domains or even whole TLDs. Emails from these sources are blocked at the filtering platform and do not reach the mailboxes. You can also view and manage all existing blocks

The Recipient Block list option allows you to block the reception of external emails for specific domain accounts. When someone attempts to send a message to one of these accounts they automatically receive a reply indicating that the address does not accept emails

The SPAM Quarantine area stores all rejected messages for a period of twenty nine days. From this area you can release emails marked as spam delete them permanently or add senders to the Allow list. It is also possible to configure the periodic sending of reports listing quarantined emails allowing more effective control

The Delivery Queue displays the list of emails pending delivery. Under normal conditions this list is empty. If the destination server is temporarily unavailable messages are stored and automatically delivered as soon as the service is restored

The Reporting feature allows you to enable daily weekly or monthly reports by domain or by mailbox. These reports include detailed statistics on received emails valid messages spam viruses and other relevant indicators

The Statistics section provides an overview of the total number of emails received as well as the number of valid messages blocked by spam or rejected due to viruses

In the Blocked Extensions section you can define file extensions that should be automatically rejected. By default the most commonly virus associated extensions are already blocked

Finally User Management allows you to administer access to the panel. The system is multi level allowing access by domain and also by mailbox. For resellers there is also a dedicated panel. Each user can manage the features described above but only within the scope of their own email mailbox
