To set up an email account on an iPhone or iPad, follow the steps below:
1. Access account settings

Go to Settings → Password & Accounts → Add Account.
2. Choose account type

Select Other and then click Add Mail Account.
3. Enter account details

Provide the following information:

Name: Name to display in the Mail app

Email: Full email address

Password: Account password
-
Description: Account description (name that will appear in the Mail app)

Click Next to continue.
4. Select protocol

Choose the protocol you want to use: IMAP or POP.
5. Configure incoming and outgoing servers

Fill in the Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server details:

Host Name: mail.yourdomain.tld (replace “yourdomain.tld” with your domain)

Username: full email address

Password: account password

6. Complete setup

Click Next and then Save in the following window.
Your email account is now configured and ready to use in the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad.
